REGULATIONS
The purpose of these regulations is to ensure that each landowner fully utilizes the recreational values in the development, by showing consideration for all members.
It is important to drive at a low speed anywhere, never more than 20-30 km / h

Common lawns, grass along the roads and grass paths must be regularly maintained
All existing nature fences and stone walls are “protected” and must be maintained by the landowners to whom they borders on
Use of noisy tools such as lawn mowers, garden tractors and chainsaws and outdoor use of noisy tools such as hammers, powered saws, drilling and grinding tools, etc. is only allowed weekdays between 07 am and 5 pm and weekends between 1000 am and 5 pm
Outdoor burning of waste / branches must only take place in accordance with local fire authorities’ guidelines
According to the fire legislation, it is a criminal offense to use fireworks closer than 100 m from a thatched property, and when launching rockets, the distance requirement is at least 200 m. The rules in Denmark for use of fireworks is only allowed between the 27. December and the 1. January
Any landowner that has a dog or other animals on the property has a duty to ensure that these do not move outside their own grounds or are a nuisance to neighbours and other residents. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the area and the owner is obliged to pick up any waste from the dog.
Noisy behaviour, including radio, etc. must not cause nuisance to neighbours
Avoid the use of reflecting outdoor lighting
